Mastercard have been on my ass everytime Google makes a charge or a pending charge only to cancel, thinking its a security breech. I told them that authorize ANYTHING from Google Play, yet they will continue to make this call to me, which is fine, but its getting fucking annoying

You guys remember I was the first one to post on here to have received shipping confirmation with the tracking number. Well, yeah it's been 5 weeks and the fucking tracking number NEVER worked to this date.......keeps showing "Billing information received for this label blablabla........".
I fucking called google support every fucking days in the first 3 weeks. Talked to countless (useless, I may add) CSR and same BS every time "We'll escalate your case to the shipping specialist". I even spoke to handful of "Floor supervisors" and they can't do shit either. All they could do is promise me that they will PERSONALLY forwarding my case to the shipping specialist and follow up on my case. Yeah, no they never followed up. Worst thing is they charged my credit card in full for the entire order on the day I received my tracking number. WTF is this shit. Which reputable company would withhold customer's money for 5 weeks without shipping the item. If I didn't know I'm dealing with Google, I would have thought I'm being scammed.
Irony is I made another order on Dec 3rd when they opened up again from pre-order just to make sure I will get one in case my first order is not going to come (well now I'm fucking sure it won't come). I got a working tracking number on Dec 14th and like a lot of you guys I am getting mine phone delivered tomorrow.
Long story short, Google Play Store support line is just fucking useless and don't ever believe what they tell you about your order status. Just fucking useless and unreliable. I refuse to deal with the support line again and I'm now dealing with my credit card company to do a chargeback on my first order so that I can get my money back and stick it up their ass with the chargeback fees they have to eat.:2finger:
Oh yeah, and to add I got so fucking annoyed that I said fuck you Google and bought a Galaxy Note 2. Now, I shall see which one I'm gonna keep. |
