Love mine. Walked into the Apple store and picked up a black 32gb. |

Has anyone found that stylus input is not registering as well as the normal iPad? |
jelly, I want one bad now. |
I'm not trolling here, I am just wondering, when you had an ipad 1 or 2 or 3, did you ever think "man I wish this was smaller"? Just curious, because I never thought that... |

I held a Nexus 7 and thought this size is nice, fits in a jacket pocket. Carrying a 10" tablet requires a bag. That's really the only difference. |
So the criticisms of a 10" tablet not being portable enough held true in the end. THat makes 10" tablets more "home devices". But that also means 4 or 5" screens aren't considered useful enough, because if they were, nobody would want a 7" tablet This is all kind of confusing to me lol |
^I still hope for a high-end 4" Android phone but doesn't seem like that'll ever happen. Tablets are getting smaller while phones are getting bigger...eventually they will meet up and BOOM!!!!!!!!!! |
I actually prefer having 2 tablets. I have an ipad 2 which I use at home and a Playbook as well. The playbook being so cheap I mainly use in situations where I don't want to damage the ipad whether it be bringing it to the beach, on a trip, or any other situation where the chances of it getting fucked up or jacked exists. If anything were to happen to the playbook I woudlnt be too upset. Posted via RS Mobile |
No point in a 4-5 inch tablet. Too close to smartphones. 7" tablet is a nice thing to have as a mobile web surfing and such device you can use on the go that can be carried without a bag. |

Personally I only ever use a tablet at home. For daily on the road, I don't see the need for anything more than a good phone. For traveling, you have suitcases and bags, so I bring the 10" along with me. |
I don't really see why you'd need two iPads. Maybe for the higher resolution screen but otherwise, yes, redundant. This feels more like a companion to a laptop. A 10" tablet is still quite substantial while this seems like you can throw it in anything. |
So if the 10" ipad is redundant, high resolution is meaningless to you on a tablet? |
I definitely did, and skipped everything after the iPad 1 to wait for this device. Quote:

For what i use it for, yeah, high res (retina range) is meaningless. If i were doing photo touch ups with the tablet, which i have a few co-workers that do, I'd want the retina display, but then i'd be looking for a 10" tablet. Quote:

i love my ipad mini .. haven't put it down since i got it ... to me this is the perfect size its wide enough and tall enough for almost anything I like the 10 inch too.. but only if it was on a table.. if i have to hold it .. nothing beats the ipad mini |
Anyone find a screen protector yet? Then one that FS sells is the wrong size - off by 2 mm all round |
Covering high quality, scratch proof, oil resistant glass with a cheap plastic = :fulloffuck: |
I want to cover the back :( i'm so paranoid and nit-picky about dents and scuffs |

I think that was the Note |
It's an Asian thing - I wrap my remotes in plastic too :okay: Quote:

Same - silver woulda shown scratches less but the black looks so much better:woot2: Quote:

If I were to get an iPad it would probably be the mini....although i'll wait for the revolutionary retina display and double the power of the one that comes out in 6-8 months. |
