I wonder what the reaction will be if the Canucks dangled 3mil/year to Tanev

Mike Oxbig 07-05-2013 01:01 PM

Tanev will probably get 1.8 - 2.5 max

EmperorIS 07-05-2013 01:17 PM

rather sign Lapierre

As per @DarrenDreger, Bobby Ryan to the Ottawa Senators for Silverberg, Noesen and a 1st rd pick.

We gave up 1st, Grabner and Bernier (who we gave up a 2nd and 3rd) for Ballard.

Ryan's asking price wasn't that bad.

Average of 3 points each or 50% more points then Keith Ballard had last season. Statistics FTW! :)

Bob McKenzie ‏@TSNBobMcKenzie 20s

Max Lapierre's deal with STL is for two years and a total of $2.2M.
Similar to Brad Richardson deal.

Higgins Richardson Hansen (this would be a fast gritty checking line) I kinda like it.

spideyv2 07-05-2013 02:23 PM

How is Richardson an upgrade over Lapierre?

Posted too quickly. I said similar deal. lol

I like Lapierre, he's one player that shows up during playoffs and you see him skate and hit hard.

DanHibiki 07-05-2013 02:27 PM

Losing lappy is like when we lose ruutu. Those fan faves.

He's not, he is however half the price.

TPMarko 07-05-2013 02:30 PM

we're actually paying richardson 50k more per year. sad to see lappy go but change can be nice if richardson does the job at 3C or 4C.
