So he goes to management and ownership to convince them to buy out Burr. Burr probably found out and that probably contributed to him playing like crap. The players said they were unhappy about the amount of practice they were getting (not enough) and they didn't think he took practice seriously. Also, he never looked at video at the opposing team.

Not communicating w/ farm. As Naba stated, he raged at Booth for being late 5 mins when he wasn't, and the players vouched for him.

The players sucked but this guy never put us in a position to grow, develop, or win. All talk about development all season beginning at the hiring conference and he does jack all, other than shafting Jensen on the 4th line and destroying his confidence. Apparently he tried to get rid of Weise as early as the beginning of the season too.
