Anyone who brags about sales figures is the worst, unless they are a share holder :) |
Apple fanboys are annoying because they keep saying their products are the best. Android fanboys are annoying because they keep telling everyone how they are better than Apple. Competition is a good thing right :) |
apple only needs to come out with one good feature that stands out, every generation of phone it releases. that's it. they slowly build the phone, one feature at a time. and every generation, all the other features that were implemented before get tiny little upgrades and perfections. one at a time. and make sure it's bulletproof. a slow but steady and sturdy strategy. it's hard to fuck it up. that's how i see it. |

if i buy a unlocked iphone 5s in the states and bring it back to here. would everything still work? |
So what's the deal with local carriers carrying the S? On telus's website you can reserve the C but they only show the Features of the S? Posted via RS Mobile |
5S isn't available to pre-order/order until the 20th. |
Not sure why the delay in the 5S. Maybe production was lower so they don't have as many. Maybe they want to see how the 5C does with a one week head start (and how many "hold out" for the 5S). Or maybe they just don't want to overload their servers by having both available on the same day. Posted via RS Mobile |
They can probably fulfill at least 10 million orders of the 5c, most of which will be included in this quarter's results. 5s will mostly be sold within Q1 2014, I think because it will have to be backordered pretty much right away. I think it's all about working with investors, which is a good idea because the stock dropped by like 12% after the announcements. |
5C come first, cuz that's where the money is at. |

2 things i'm gonna say about this: 1 - i feel bad for any successor of the late steve jobs, those shoes could never be filled, so i don't get why so many people are tough on cook. cook was a huge help to jobs back in the day when he streamlined the operations and kept costs at a bare minimum. i believe cook was the only one who jobs could trust to implement new apple business strategies, not innovate new shit. 2 - is it just me? the ios7 is just a fucking rip-off of google's gmail concept, like thin fonts and all the colors, why is everyone so "amazed" at the "new" look. I FEEL LIKE I'M TAKING CRAZY PILLZ!!! - Mugatu |
http://i742.photobucket.com/albums/x...ps89947ab0.jpg i've been using it since june when they released it for developers, got the beta from a buddy, nothing special, just good that you finally have a notification panel that you can swipe down and up |

I'm not an iPhone user but I definitely like it better than the old look. Looks cleaner and less kiddish. |
is there anyway to buy iPhone 5C (HK/China version) here by any chance? I'm going to Asia at the end of the month and would like to use my HK/China Sim card (w/ LTE) right when I land. I don't feel like giving Rogers a cent more than I should. Thanks! |
AFAIK there is no HK/China version, there is a HK version which is the same as the rest of the world, and there is a China (China Mobile) version which uses their TD-LTE network. So depending on where you go, you have to choose the right phone |
Are all unlocked iPhone 5S compatible with China's TD-LTE network or is it only HK/China released ones? |
So GF preordered an S with telus, I'm interested to see it Posted via RS Mobile |
