Anyone else having troubles with receiving calls at home? People have been telling me whenever they call me, it goes straight to voicemail. Sometimes a reboot would fix this. What could be the issue?

Thanks.

would be your network problem, by the sound of it...
If you force your phone to LTE only, then this happens...

Do you guys keep your WiFi on all the time when out and about (i.e. wifi signals are intermittent)?

With my old S3 I left it off to save battery and only turned it on when at home or at the office with Wifi. Do new phones (i.e. my new OnePlus One) still exhibit battery drain having Wifi on when it's constantly seeking hotspots to connect to?

I'm with Rogers. So don't force it onto LTE? Just weird how I would have to reboot the phone to fix the reception.

I sometimes experience reception drop too. My phone would show no connection to data and cell, turning the toggle on and off do not fix it. I would have to reboot the phone. Running on the firmware before the latest one, but problem only happens once every month maybe.

Try turning ur LTE and data off with the toggles in the pull down menu. I usually leave them off if I'm not using it.

If you dont find an invite by next week, you can buy without invites on Tuesday every week starting at midnight Pacific time.

Hey for you mobile whizzes out there.. I'll be going to Asia (China/Thailand), Uganda, and South Africa all in the next 12 months. Do you guys know if this phone is compatible with these locations?

I'm looking here and I'm having a hell of a time figuring it out...

wasabisashimi 02-18-2015 07:50 PM

appearantly, they wont be shipping to Canada anymore.

Can someone confirm. This was what I hear from a friend

beatdownvictim 02-18-2015 09:49 PM

U can track ur phone thru google
Android device manager

inv4zn 02-18-2015 10:11 PM

They are not shipping to Canada - temporarily.

IF I were to venture a guess, they got found out that they were shipping them as "refurbished iphone" with a declared value of $100 so customers don't pay as much tax/duty...while committing a crime in the process lol.

...but that's just my guess. Get it sent to Blaine if that works for you - it arrived in my mailbox 2 days after i ordered.

If you get a week LTE or no signal, it just ensures that your phone connects to HSPA network.. so if your phone is set to only LTE, then it wont switch,...

don't know about uganda and sa, but works in china and thai on LTE. However mine is the chinese version, not sure if they have different band versions of the phone but I think there's only 1 version.
