I think the 350 is the better buy here. You try and find one that’s completely unmolested at this day and age. Plus that interior looks like it really held up for a car that’s almost 300,000kms. Of course as soon as any of you toys buy it, you should immediately proceed to mod the shit out of it and throw on a fake veilside body kit and a huge potato muffler with underglow every where.

Someone post an el camino / ranchero / evoque / panamera / h3t sub 12k thats not listed on FB for me to buy x.x

underscore 09-11-2025 07:36 PM

That's a very diverse list of options lol.

The real question is, which would be the most unreliable?

(Answer is all of them) starts drooling

JDMDreams 09-11-2025 08:37 PM

That 350z looks like a good 10 foot car. Mine with less than half the milage was worse. Would like to try panamera but bore score

2006 Alfa w/ a stick! for 9999

You want the 1.7 gas engine for this, actual Italian (Fiat) motor that sounds lovely and revs out… the 2.2 is an Ecotec engine

Badhobz 09-13-2025 04:18 PM

oh... didnt know. But wouldnt the ecotec be more reliable !?

I love the looks of this thang.

EvoFire 09-13-2025 04:30 PM

Don't you want the 3.2 in this?

JDMDreams 09-13-2025 06:39 PM

I looking into 159 for a bit, I don't remember exactly but even the big motor 3.2 was some gm motor. Not the good one from previous gen. For some reason the car is very very heavy for it's size, so it's a gas pig. I looked into the wagon for a bit or bera but locally didn't have the right spec. Sport model, lhd, mt ideally. But I never drove one though so I dunno if it's one of those don't meet your hero cars.

I thought this at first looking at them, years ago, but after a lot of research everyone said the 1.75 is a gem, makes 200hp and the lightness of it keeps the weight distribution closer to even... the V6 only makes 60hp more AND the car weighs almost 500lbs more in Q4 guise!!!!! 3600lbs to 3100ish for the 1.75... it's pretty mental.

Alfa Romeo's best kept secret is the 1.7L inline four motor. It's the reason why the original Alfa Romeo Giulia was so successful in so many races it competed in.

Rare RHD 2007 Lexus SC 430 Convertible – Only 90,000 km – $12,800 (Richmond)

2007 is the facelifted / better suspension one. not bad for 12,800. Just be prepared to die when you make left turns.

or pay a lot more for a left hand drive one that has higher mileage.

GTFO with RHD cars. That $6K difference is worth it.

Badhobz 09-16-2025 07:39 AM

Looks like it'll need to be towed out of their lot, but if its not rusty, it should be easy to put back on the road.

BMWs typically have a raked looked, but you are probably correct. Given its age, mileage, and what have you, it probably needs an overhaul.

I haven't died yet, but I did have someone in a Wrangler honk at me the other day when I was waiting to turn cause I couldn't see. I refuse to take driving criticism from someone driving a Stellanis product with ducks on the dash though.
