Level 11 and noticing pokemon starts to run away more often after 1 throw (hit with ball, breaks out and escapes).

^ I've noticed that too, only lvl 8 though. I think they added that recently to try to increase in game purchases.

It's better to be on Valor or Instinct IMO, that way you have more to do (ie more likely gyms nearby are one of the other types). If everyone chose Mystic then pretty quickly there's not much to do.

Triple lure at metro it randomly popped up and herds of people there were running across the street towards the apt areas. Heard some people living there were dropping water balloons at players loool. Tbh I'm pretty surprise I was able to catch it with normal pokeballs and razz berries

I went up 4 levels in the past 3ish days, I totally know what you mean. I don't even bother with zubats or pidgeys over 150cp anymore because guaranteed unless you get a "great" hit, they will take multiple balls to catch.

It's actually better to catch the pidgeys + other common pokemon and sacrifice a few pokeballs to do so. The reason for this is that some only take 12 candies to evolve; when you pair this with a lucky egg, you'll level up in no time

^ I went for that during my lucky egg... had 10 minutes left on it too!! Only has 300CP though. Ugh now i'm 7K exp short til i level

Everybody was rushing for it from metrotown as well. some guy was speeding and got pulled over.... $175 ticket and no snorlax LMAO


Also went to kelowna this weekend w/ family i noticed a lot of omanytes, onyx, magnemmites and ponyta's in the okanagan

previously i was using a friends account on 5s, switch back to android and game tells me server is down

might be the fact that hk got the game yesterday


also my friend has this other app on his iPhone which is kinda of a cheat for the game, anyone heard of that

uh ok, every time i check there's nothing special around

there was a lapras that popped up but it was a 15 mins drive away and i'm not driving 15mins to go get it
