The ratrolla ya mean ? Yah ! Both Hitler box and ratrolla got vanity plates now

Ohhh why didn’t you say hi

I was heading towards crappy tire to pickup a 39.99 igloo cooler. I’m gonna leave it in the back of the hitlerbox so I can keep the dogs water cold.

I’m pretty shocked that I couldn’t find any sort of a hard box cooler in the house. I could have sworn I had like 2-3 of them lying around but I don’t recall seeing anything during our move.

Your spy balloon probably hoarded it in one of the many sheds you built. :lol

Pix of new plate pls.

noclue 08-10-2024 09:46 AM

Is your vanity plate HLTR BX? lol

Badhobz 08-10-2024 09:55 AM

Omg that would have been epic. Though I doubt it’ll pass icbc.

I gotta say, that's pretty awesome, I don't care for Teslas and I want one.

Manic! 08-11-2024 06:38 PM

Here is the print file for the tesha supercharger. https://makerworld.com/en/models/164...ofileId-180949

Less than $1.50 in filament with a print time of 4 hours and 10 minutes. Add your own cable.

But is it free lifetime charge? :fullofwin:

Did some towing of utility trailer around Richmond.
Tow haul mode turns up the regen braking.
28kWh/100km … or like $3/100km.
Cost savings go pretty hard.

Our other trucks…
F350 6.7 Diesel got 15L/100km towing
F150 5.0 gasser gets like 25
Both have 8 foot bed

Can you possibly pick a worse example of a ICE vehicle than a G-wagon tho?

I mean there's almost nothing redeeming about it besides that it's a "status symbol"... drives like shit and guzzles gas in the single digits of mpg.... zero enjoyment of a vehicle there.

I think there's enjoyment to driving something kinda absurd lol, especially with an awesome exhaust note.

The EV version's gonna be so much cheaper to run than the ICE version of the G Wagon

twitchyzero 08-14-2024 08:16 AM

i sat in a mil-spec diesel one, want!

i'm used to a tight cabin tho, i know most people would absolutely hate it

AstulzerRZD 08-14-2024 08:31 AM

I feel like the wrangler, challenger, and G wagon are the kinda car where you either get it, or you dont

EvoFire 08-14-2024 08:44 AM

I need to drive them to see if I get it or not.

I love the idea of the G and the Wrangler, I just don't think I can live with them.

The Challenger I've loved from day one, but again never driven one.

AstulzerRZD 08-14-2024 10:16 AM

Challenger's really goofy - it steps out its rear end in such a predictable way that my boss and I would always take one out behind the office and leave lots of tire marks.
Everyone - import and domestic would assume you want to go for a highway rip ... never happpened in the s2k.

Made a lot more mems in the 2 months I had that company car than in the 2 years I had my s2k.

bcrdukes 08-14-2024 05:31 PM

I really enjoyed the Challenger rental I got in Los Angeles. Comfortable, lots of power, and overall a great highway cruiser for long trips.

AstulzerRZD 08-15-2024 09:32 AM

tbh I really enjoy driving them in Vancouver city too - feels special even just loafing around and the V8 is just sooooo smooth and good at mid throttle.
I'm happy to pay for gas on great ICE engines as exciting as F20c, LT6 and Hemi

trollface 08-15-2024 11:55 AM

I need a vanity plate idea.

New plug in M5 wagon!
https://www.carscoops.com/wp-content...ouring-02.webp

Might be a decent buy a lease return from a rich mainlander and pay no PST. People whine about the weight but in reality 99% of M5's are street cruisers.

AstulzerRZD 08-15-2024 12:46 PM

It's probably fine, the extra weight helps sometimes.
Wrangler 4XE has the lowest CoG and 50:50 weight distribution

JDMDreams 08-15-2024 02:39 PM

Extra weight = mo grip

supafamous 08-15-2024 03:58 PM

In case anyone else in looking for one or thinking of one - I contacted a Toyota dealership about the Crown Signia and while they're showing up in the US now they are basically unavailable in Canada at this point and Toyota isn't allowing dealers to take orders or deposits on them right now. I got put on a "hand raisers" waitlist and once some stock is available for ordering they'll get in touch. Any stock they get is going straight to leasing apparently.

Looks like it'll be several months before anyone can check one out.
