Your BMW DSSR shifters and the S2k really spoiled me ;) |
I was thinking more emotional/street fun car -> Sir have you heard about the Elantra N lolol? I am not saying it cuz I work for Hyundai, but honestly to god...for fun per dollar under $50K out the door... |
you wanna talk about bad shifters.. have you tried my hitlerbox? its like a huge plastic dildo wobbling around inside an equally plasticky H-gate pattern. sometimes you're in second, sometimes you're somewhere between first and 2nd, and occasionally it has this unsatisfying plasticky.... i don't even wanna call it a "click", more like uhhhh if two ugly people where boning and their genitals happen to fit.. it works, just nobody is satisfied. |
Then why did you buy it if it shifts shit, I thought it was so satisfy your German beetle driving desire? Many many years ago when I drove a mk5? Golf rental it confused the fuck out of me cuz of the floor hinged pedal, it felt awkward as fuck. |

I remember driving a friends old VR6 and I’m like my stock EG feels so much nicer lol |
There's been a shuffle on Tesla cars in terms of new cars. Because of the tariffs on Chinese built Tesla's, both the base model 3 and model Y have been replaced with long range RWD models. Model 3 LR RWD $54,990 Model Y LR RWD $59,990 |
How does that help? Just back to USA stock? |

So looks like no more lower priced base models. Model 3 and Model Y base has jumped up 5 and 6 grand, but it does come with longer range compared to the previous base models equipped with LFP batteries. EDIT: In terms of real range, the new Model Y LR RWD 70% usage (90% to 20%) would only yield 367km while the older LFP batteries at 80% usage (100% to 20%) 307km |

It can’t be beat. Even the trash SI is more money per month and it’s quite a bit less performant. |
Some lazy searching suggests there's a bunch of options out there to make it feel better. Everything from weighted knobs and delrin bushings to Euro-spec shifters to this very pretty looking piece of kit: https://dieselgeek.com/en-ca/product...ift-kit-for-vw |
Aye DAP (deutscheland auto parts) sell a “holy shift” kit. It’s similar to the thing above but it looks like a bit more popular amongst the hitler community. I was gonna wait for Black Friday and pick it up cheap. |
Robotaxi unveiling tonight https://www.youtube.com/live/6v6dbxP...3JDAFoUcWJP0hI |
:ahwow: let's see if I can retire early  |
Looks like the tesla channel was hacked. Its some crypto scam. WTF |
He's sounds like a robot reading off a script lol. edit: oh. lol! so it's a deep fake? |
It's on twitter but it has crashed. It has not started but this youtuber is showing it. |

Full self driving (supervised) …. If it’s supervised then it’s not full self driving. I don’t know why they aren’t being sued to death over this false advertising. |
I think they have to say that, the autonomous classification level of FSD still requires supervision |
The only EV i really wanna buy. But 80k Canadian!?!?! nahhhh that's insane |
