I don't know who's a bigger idiot, Benning or Willie? Willie Desjardins explains Canucks' short defence, Rodin benching - Sportsnet.ca |

Dim Jim and WD are both dumb. They just show their low hockey IQ in different ways. :troll: They are the Canucks version of Dumb and Dumber. However, at least Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels provided entertainment value in playing the fools in that movie and the sequel. WD's line combos and in game management are horrible. Like what Nabatron mentioned in an earlier post, why the heck does WD play the fourth line with less than 2 minutes in the game in Calgary with the team behind one goal??? WD still puts Megna to play with the Sedins?? Really?? Would it not make sense to play Eriksson with the twins? Dim Jim and TL made a terrible decision to put Corrado unnecessarily on waivers when they could have kept both Hutton and Corrado (8 defenceman). How does an NHL GM not understand league waiver rules??? -from an article: Corrado has been NHL-ready for at least two seasons and now the Canucks risk losing him for nothing. If all goes well, Corrado will slip through waivers without getting claimed, but the frustrating part is that none of this was necessary. This was not an either/or situation. It wasn't Hutton or Corrado: they could have had both. With Chris Higgins injured, the Canucks could have temporarily sent Hutton down to the AHL, declared their 23-man roster by the Tuesday deadline, then put Higgins on long-term injured reserve and called Hutton back up. It would have meant carrying 8 defencemen on the roster, but with the risk of injuries, that’s not always a bad thing, particularly when it means that you don’t risk losing a 22-year-old, right-shooting, NHL-ready defenceman for nothing. - See more at: Canucks take unnecessary risk exposing Frank Corrado to waivers -also some questionable draft picks such as Virtanen. I hear that Jake has 1 assist in the past 10 games with Utica. :lawl: |

Tanev returns to the lineup tonight vs. the Predators. Game time is 5pm. Vancouver Canucks ✔ @Canucks Fully attended morning skate, including @AndreyPedan. |
|
on the bright side, isn't our record something like 9-2-0 with both Tanev+Edler in the lineup? don't quote me on that, speaking from memory |
Pecker Rinne deserves a shutout. Such a nice guy, is he. |
oh, no............ no shutout for Rinne |
Lol love the name MG1. And I have him in my pool, so I hope your prediction comes true even those most goalies will have thrown their water bottles at you for jinxing a shut out by mentioning it! |
Hah! FML. Scored with 49 seconds left. I BLAME MG1 FOR JINXING PECKER RINNE'S SHUTOUT :D |
Canucks 5-2 in OT Nashville 0-4 |
No goal lol |
Wow, penalty........ 4 on 3 in OT. |
WOW |
:lawl: |
Okay, that was bad............... Nashville scores with 1.5 seconds to go, while short handed. LIKE, W - T - F ! ! ! ! ! ! |
What. A. Goal. |
didnt watch the game but wtf....you lose the game in OT on a PP with 1.5seconds left that is so canucks right there! Also had enough of the sedins passing bullshit on the pp all they do is pass it back and forth to each other then try to force a stupid pass across the slot... |
Canucks find new ways to get hurt on the PP. -not scoring enough power play goals or timely goals on the PP is bad enough. Two Nashville players facing Miller while the Preds are short handed??? Where's the defence?? :fulloffuck: No wonder Daniel has no goals in 11 games. He was too busy passing the puck during the last power play. Shoot the puck! Stop passing it like it's a grenade! :fuckthatshit: |
Stetcher walks in from the blueline rips a shot and tries to follow his own rebound..... Rest of the players standing there like *controller disconnected* |
