yup.and iirc CBJ was decimated by injuries last year | My buddy played for them two seasons ago, and was telling me at the time that they were trying to put a young, hard working team together. Kekalinan (sp?!) is a good GM and has a solid long term plan for the team.
I just hate Torts.....
Foligno has never been a star. Yet this season he's over a point per game. Hartnell is playing a typical Hartnell year, and Saad is having a good year.
You know, the more I look at the CBJ roster, the more I realize that on paper they don't really have anyone that's crazy weak out there. They just have a solid group of guys like Dubinsky, Johnson..... freaking Sam Gagner is a +11 on the season, and Wennberg has 34 points!?
well played CBJ.... well played. Quote:

CBJ also has an ex-Vezina winning goalie in Bobrovsky, who's playing at the same level he did when he won the Vezina in the last shortened season (2012-2013) | Great point.
If Bobrovsky wasn't playing his best hockey, the team wouldn't be as successful. His GAA has never been lower. But they better be careful riding him so hard. He's never played more than 58 games in his career. He's at 32 now out of 36 games played, so not a lot of nights off. That said, McElhinney is pushing a sub 2.0 GAA and a slightly better save % than Bob.
