Dont forget that AV was once an inexperianced AHL coach, and now he's one of the best in the league and has been for a long time.

If willie acted and looked the way he did behind the Canucks bench when he was in the AHL, you gotta question managements decision to bring him in in the first place.

Canucks fans arent the type to look past a guy's appearance and demeanor, let alone the deplorable personnel decisions etc.

The current issue for the canucks is they cant really defend or score. Well if sutter did become the coach they will defend well but still have a tuff time scoring.

But yeah as 604 said I could see sutter be a better option in florida then canucks...

St. John's has two games against Toronto, which is one of the top teams in the league.

Utica has one game against Hartford (worst team in the league) and one against Syracuse, which will be tough (rival, too).

Odds are certainly against them, but I wouldn't call it a miracle if they make it.

Anyways, I'd be okay with Green, he's earned a shot, IMO, especially given the garbage the Canucks have given him to work with.

Dave Lowry may make the jump to the NHL and I really like him as a coach. Holds players very accountable, encourages offensive creativity but still emphasizes defensive responsibility. Kinda hoping he stays with Victoria, though.

So it seems like the Canucks has as many wins in the playoffs as the rest of the Canadian teams. Lol

Utica now holds the tie breaker, so as long as they get one more point than St. John's tomorrow, they're in.

Big shorthanded goal by Kassian. Why is it that some former Canuck players play so much better once they are not our team? For example, Kassian and Michael Grabner.

Canucks player development is that bad? :fuckthatshit:

Kassian scored 7 goals in a full season. And every goal, Canuck fans make it sound like he's the next Pavel Bure.

Sharks are so fucking bad tonight...
0-6 PP
Let's in 2 short handed goals.
When oilers have PP. It's literally 2 min clinic in sharks zone.
The fuck are they doing??

Is like watching the Canucks...

Kassian played better when he was a Canuck. He had 8 points last year, 24 this year.

Grabner suckered the Islanders into a lucrative 5-year deal then proceeded to phone it in for basically the entire contract.

Oilers turned it on this game after playing like a last place team in the 3rd period of the last game.
So fucking stoked to watch this team turn it on. Kassian was savage this game. I think it was more oil momentum than sharks being bad. They had to win this game and it showed.
