murd0c 11-02-2016 09:05 PM

Just think if the Cubs can win after 108 years and all of the heart break they have dealt with over those years we gotta have some faith in the Canucks and not give up on our team like the Cubs fans never did!!

GO CANUCKS GO

winson604 11-02-2016 09:06 PM

What a game 7! Can you imagine if the rain didn't let up and it poured to the point they had to delay the game until tomorrow or something.

Tim Budong 11-02-2016 09:14 PM

Nabatron 11-02-2016 10:29 PM

Canucks lose again, put in a good effort but still lost and couldn't score!

Brightside is cubs won and that's all we can talk about on a hockey thread lol

If linden vey was still with us he'd prolly score the only goal for us tonight somehow lol.

This team seriously needs a rebuild. Hopefully management and ownership goes into that mode too.

Back to checking NHL standings from the bottom again!

You may find more enjoyment sometimes. Hahah

lol if the Millionaires Cup win counts...2023 would mark 108 years. Just might happen if the stars align and the right moves are made.

If it doesnt...2078? LOL
...:okay:

I think Willie D is gonna be fired before our team wins a Stanley Cup. :troll:

C'mon Dim Jim, free Willie. LUL

Willie doesn't exactly have much to work with! I say, ride him out till the end of the season and then make a decision. Also, all this talk about Canucks making a trade to get someone who can score seems like another futile experiment in trying to make the playoffs.

You can polish a turd all you want, at the end of the day its still a turd!

6o4__boi 11-03-2016 08:04 AM

Brock Boeser had 6 goals and 12 points in October.
The Canucks had 16 goals.

Need Brock Boesus and a franchise C next year.

murd0c 11-03-2016 08:08 AM

for one College is below the AHL when it comes to hockey and for two who could he play with that will be able to feed him the puck right now? I'm happy Brock is doing his thing right now so hopefully when he comes to play for us next year all of this BS will hopefully be gone.

The owner of this team is the biggest turd if you ask me. -meddling in personnel decisions like that potential trade of Hamhuis to Dallas at last season's trade deadline because he had a grudge against the Dallas owner Gaglardi.

I know how Aquaman runs his businesses based on my line of work related to his blueberry farm so when some people think he is a arrogant jerk, they are right. Running a blueberry farm and a property development firm are different from running a NHL hockey team. Dim Jim has made very questionable trades and doesn't even know NHL waiver rules. Remember JB placing Corrado on waivers last season? LUL

When our team has a meddling owner and an incompetent GM, you create a huge stinking turd! :rukidding:

cdizzle_996 11-03-2016 08:20 AM

At the end of the day it's all a business. Tank = losing games = losing people in their seats = losing season ticket holders. I was on the wait list for years for season tix, nucks shit the bed and boom everyone drops their tickets. That's cash right out of Aquamans hands. Losing games = losing money and that's why he tries to scrape by enough to make money but still win games. This team will never do a full rebuild.

Armind 11-03-2016 08:21 AM

Guyz, calm down. We are all Canucks.

Well that is indeed the case, then we should consider the notion that JB is restricted to working within the confines of the limits set fourth by Aquaman. Therefore, while JB might have been willing to do certain trades/pickups his leash has been too short to pull the trigger.

On a side note, the Canucks just arrived in Ottawa

To quote Luongo, his contract sucks.
Sbisa is over paid for what he is, which means LV may not take him.

murd0c 11-03-2016 09:39 AM

Watch LV take Dorsett LOL
