Completely agree on all fronts. This isn't a playoff team, but with the personnel they have, they should be competitive night in and night out. He may have been good in the CHL and AHL, but he doesn't have the capacity to get the best out of his players in the NHL. And even more so, he isn't able to match wits with the best coaches in the NHL.

I would rather see Travis Green inherit this team since it seems he is pretty good at developing young players.

My opinion though is that they should just tank the season with Willie. Let him go at the end of the season and take another top 5 draft pick.
