I missed the 9am online at BestBuy because I didn't know about it until I read the comments on nowinstock. I figure some people might get their order cancel for whatever reason so I monitor the page the rest of the morning and afternoon. The stock came online a few times but didn't last long like less then 10 seconds. First time around noon I missed out cause I had to take my dog outside. Second time around 1pm I was able to add it to my cart and it went out of stock before I can check out. Third time around 1:45pm I was able to check out since I already had it in my cart. If you couldn't get one the day BestBuy have it online, just keep refreshing the page throughout the rest of the day and you might be able to get one.

I like seeing the facebook buy n sell groups where everytime one is listed for more than retail everyone attacks the guy and offer retail pricing.

All that time spent searching for one now, clearly should've just paid $200 the first day and be bored with it now like the rest of us EleGiggle

twitchyzero 10-23-2017 03:30 PM

i think if it's the switch or the new xbox, no one would bat an eye

it's bc it's a piece of our childhood, and for others to take advantage of nostalgia I can see why it can be frustrating

sure it's only a $100 vs wasting more time...out of principal i would still get a eu/japanese variant..helps that they go for less, surprisingly

pretty sure you just google hakchi2 and you'll find your answer

Mr.Money 10-24-2017 05:56 PM

i had to youtube step by step when it first released...

basically back up your snes..automatically saves it to your computer if you wanna revert back to stock firmware .....than it flashes your snes and allows you install and upload roms...

was confusing as shit in the start but i watched the youtube videos on how to.

The amount of SNES Classic on CL Vancouver is both hilarious and sad at the same time. Most units are getting snapped up by scalpers creating an artificial shortage. Prices are coming down though.

I'm playing through Secret of Mana for the first time since I was a kid. Even though I can save any time I still find myself using the traditional save function within the game. Old school! Except I am using the IGN walk through lol

Remember when these games were damn hard because most people didn't have strategy guides?

the fucking facebook groups are cancer

ZN6 10-25-2017 02:52 PM

I bought my SFC WITH a separate AC adapter included for 149USD shipped from ebay. if anyone is willing to pay CL prices, they deserve to get jacked.

twitchyzero 10-25-2017 02:58 PM

or they dont want to wait a month and get hit with duty?

but i assume you bought from a North American seller

if you decide to hack the SFC with NSTC roms can you still keep the Japanese games?

ZN6 10-25-2017 03:10 PM

Er, there was no duty nor did it take a month. I maintain that people who would pay $250 for a SNES mini deserve to get jacked.

got one today at EB, i waited 40 minutes inside until they got their order.

There was beef going down though cause 2 woman came in and lined up behind myself and another guy who had been there for the longest, but during the time we were there 2 other people had popped in then left and came back

So i paid for mine and they were trying to decide who deserved the last one lol.. didnt stick around to see the outcome

ForbiddenX 10-27-2017 02:02 PM
