Yeah, you can via Retroarch as well as a variety of other systems

twitchyzero 10-09-2017 08:11 PM

is the hack available in the euro version as well?
thinking of just paying a scalper on ebay...it's only $20 more than what i would've paid thru fnac lol

TOS'd 10-09-2017 08:40 PM

^ wouldnt it be cheaper to get it off of cl from someone local for a NA version? I realize at cost it will be hard to sell the EU version cause of the extra $30 duty and exchange rate so I'm just going to keep it.

I sold my extra Euro version on ebay for about $150USD. After all the import and duty fees it brought the cost of mine down to about $115.

Yes hakchi2 will work. Hardware's the same. Just make sure you're loading NTSC Roms.. not PAL roms (incompatible)

Mr.Money 10-11-2017 10:13 AM

new update already...

This one is cheaper than the SNES here in hk
1180 for SNES vs 799 for SFC

still overpriced

twitchyzero 10-12-2017 11:00 AM

sfc is 100 usd in HK? that's really fair as aren't there less of them than the euro/na variants?

you can hack them too so the JP language is not an issue for me

TOS'd 10-12-2017 11:38 AM

The SFC box looks awesome!

bcrdukes 10-12-2017 12:35 PM

Where can one get the SFC in HK?

ZN6 10-12-2017 01:44 PM

I just bought the SFC with AC adapter. Childhood memories of humid summers in Japan at my cousin's place playing J-league dream 96.

Guess I gotta source the ROM for that now.

the mall on the corner of Dundas and Fa Yuen street had both SFC and SNES last week at least for $800.

twitchyzero 10-12-2017 05:41 PM

any old AC to USB adapter will do the trick? I didn't buy the official one.

I'm currently using one of my old usb cellphone chargers and works perfectly fine.

Razor Ramon HG 10-12-2017 08:39 PM

I have mine powered by my desktop, lol. Works fine and I don’t need to swap cables when adding new content.

So many people using bots now. Apparently no deliveries to Victoria stores this week. Maybe next week.
