The Schenn hit had a bad result, but Myers turned at the last second, so I’m not really that surprised there wasn’t a penalty.

The Blais hit was as egregious as it gets and not only did the hit go uncalled, but STL got a powerplay out of it. That’s about as bush league as it gets.

In NFL the refs make a call, and the replay can only overturn if it's extremely clear and obvious. They don't even look at the replay until the refs make a call.

In the NHL I think they just go by who they want to win
