Does the business Costco still have a food court?

spoon.ek9 11-14-2025 12:37 PM

I'm pretty sure hobz would have taken photos of it if that were the case. Supposedly they are known for not having one.

yray 11-14-2025 12:51 PM

too bad business center doesn't have business member hours

but then all dem chinks are probably using business membership anyways through their holding companies

Badhobz 11-14-2025 01:03 PM

No food court, no bakery, no fish monger, no butcher, no tire center, so everything is prepackaged and thrown into this huge area that’s basically a walk in freezer.

They do have Costco cellphone booth though.

Also a good 50% are East Indians from surrey. 30% are Chinese and the rest are poor looking white folks from surrounding areas. The Indians were all buying like 20 jugs of milk and 10 bags of flour.

So the regular 3 steak version of their rib eye AAA beef is around 120 dollars. This is the same beef, and you can easily get at least 15-20 steaks out of this so it’s a wayyy better deal. I got one in my freezer right now, I’m waiting for it to firm up a bit and then slice it with my nip knife.

Badhobz, you are the best. I don't think there's another RS member who's more pig headed, obnoxious, racist, and blunt as you. You beautiful chinaman, you. Love you, baby! (in voice of Telly Savalas - Kojak). Oh, no homo. Let me make that totally clear................

Em Gee Juan, out!

mikemhg 11-14-2025 02:36 PM

It looked like that meat was just sitting unrefrigerated, thanks for clarifying :lol

EvoFire 11-14-2025 02:36 PM

I might need that Costco bucket to go with my orange HD one.

spoon.ek9 11-14-2025 02:45 PM

have you guys seen the novelty size Canadian Tire bucket? it's $1.99 lol

Unnecessary fact: The Canadian Tire bucket is food-grade safe* (and a great deal at $1.99!)

*Check the bucket to be sure!

Badhobz 11-14-2025 03:32 PM

Food bucket ?!? Seems like a great place to put a bunch of dildos

punkwax 11-14-2025 04:45 PM

Food grade bucket, yep. I brine turkeys in mine.

Why would it need to be food safe?! They don't go in your mouth!!

Badhobz 11-14-2025 05:13 PM

Dont shame my kink you dick !!! I gotta shove dildos into that Henry vacuum that’s on sale for 499. With a mouth like that, that sucky, happy looking fucker is just asking for it.

Great68 11-14-2025 06:38 PM

Jesus Christ, Full Striploins were only like $250 a year ago...

Not long, you only get like 12 steaks (if you like them about 1-1/2") out of those. $70 of it would be fat you have to cut off.

Badhobz 11-14-2025 07:19 PM

^i for sure didnt cut off 70 dollars worth of fat, just a wee little trim around some edges, but most of it was pretty lean. Of course, the center blob of fat you have to keep, but otherwise its a solid buy for 300 bucks.

Great68 11-15-2025 06:41 AM

I didn't look at the picture close enough to read the text and realize they were ribeye's and not striploins :P

I've never even seen full ribeyes at my Costco in Victoria.

Badhobz 11-15-2025 07:18 AM

Correct, cuz regular warehouses dont carry them. Ive never seen them in any other costco other than this biz center.

Its basically one of the highlights of this place.

Gumby 11-15-2025 08:25 AM

I’m surprised there isn’t a single RS member that works at Costco…

Wasn't there someone who worked out of the tire centre in Richmond?

There is, but he doesn’t post much and he doesn’t work at the tire centre anymore

For 98 cents, you can have a Home Depot bucket ornament. They sell quickly, but Vancouver - Cambie location has a lot still.

Holy hell, traffic today on Queensborough was absolutely awful because of all the people trying to go to the new business centre. Traffic was backed up all the way onto Stewardson with people just waiting to get onto the bridge.... insane.

Also, we went to Costco Richmond on Friday around 4pm and IMMEDIATELY got parking and there were tons of spots available. I suspect people were all swarming the business centre that day too lol.
