Buy a 24 inch instead of a 28 inch. I bought a 28 inch Ariens to replace the old smaller Toro we had and it's kinda hard to move around.

I know the industry standard are Rupes, and they are amazing indeed. But damn it hurts to spend $800 on a tool that I really only use once a month in the summer.

This is pretty decent. I've had the previous gen since 2018, and it's been lent out numerous times to other members here. So abused and transported around a bunch.

I highly recommend getting a 5" or 4" pad adapter as well. Some carpro pads are 5", like the velvet pad to safely remove orange peel.

My 7424XP from 10+ years ago is still going strong though it's been used a handful of times only

SHOP DAP has a lot of parts on sale for VW/AUDI

I bought this Holy SHift kit for 169.

68style 11-29-2024 07:48 AM

Is it going to make the infotainment connect properly?

Badhobz 11-29-2024 07:53 AM

LAWL. maybe yes?

Do you guys know of a VW mechanic who can install this? i got a feeling my fat fingers will end up dropping a nut or two into the engine bay and ultimately fuck this up

68style 11-29-2024 08:04 AM

Short shifter install should 100% be an interior job with some centre console disassembly... def dont need a Vdub specialist.... Aria is good for that if you don't want to attempt

BIC_BAWS 11-29-2024 08:06 AM

Overdrive can do it

First non Aliexpress or Temu mod? Why the splurge?

Badhobz 11-29-2024 08:52 AM

cuz the shifter feel is balls!!! especially 1->2 shift. Im hoping this will fix its rubbery feel and super long throws.

Got some wyze cams for $18 a piece off amazon.

Been searching for a good phone plan. Would like something cheaper than my current $40 for 40gb+20gb bonus from Fido. They were willing to offer $34 for 60gb, but wants $15 to process the changes. In the past year I didn't go over 20gb of usage.

Rogers has $35/100GB 5g for BCAA members, healthcare workers, and public sector workers.

Not that kit. Barely anything happens in the interior as the parts are installed above the transmission under the hood.

I think any official Rogers store should work. People on RFD have had mixed results on getting the data for US/Mex. Personally, I didn't care, so I didn't ask.

I was looking through this and going through the Rogers site, but was only able to get 60gb for $35, which is pretty much inline with everyone else without getting employee pricing.

bobbinka 11-29-2024 12:46 PM

Go in store

spoon.ek9 11-29-2024 12:52 PM

He's a one man show named Edward, tell him Josh sent ya!

Edward was good, great explanations. Zero pressure.

They are doing Black Friday deals right now but I'm not sure we are ready to buy quite just yet.
