I just noticed, its not listed as a sale, however its far off the regular price, I normally keep an eye on this product, but the Logitech G29 is $279.99 at Walmart today. Normally listed there at 349-399, the last time I saw it a few weeks ago it was at $399. I was really tempted but I'm waiting to get a bigger place before I get one of these again. |

I believe last year there were better offerings |
holy crap they still make the g29? isn't that from a few generations ago |
Y’all can come buy my g27. In box used like once or twice. Just sitting there not doing squat now for years.https://i.postimg.cc/j2nYBFH9/IMG-8369-Original.jpg |

$35 - 100GB Canada Wide $45 - 200GB Can-Us-Mex I also did quite a bit of research on other brands like Fizz, Public Mobile and Freedom, all roughly around the same price point. (spreadsheet here) Fizz would be my choice if I was gonna go with someone outside of the majors. They allow for data rollover (up to 2 mo) and if you needed more, the forums (other members) can gift you extra data. You can also switch your plan whenever. For instance, if say Jan-May you're only gonna be in Canada, you can be on the Canadian plan then switch to Can-US for July, switch back after. Fizz uses the Freedom network when in Vancouver, Fizz-EXT uses Rogers/Verizon, but has access to all 3 majors. You can apparently just select which network you want. Downside with Fizz is that you have to use a VoLTE capable phone. Public Mobile seems to be pretty reliable for the cheaper brands. Per track chat, it works mostly everywhere. VIMC, A27, Ridge, etc. Aka the middle of nowhere. No data rollover, but it's had more tenure in Vancouver than Fizz. Freedom I hear just sucks, but I threw that in there for the sake of comps. For me, the extra $50/mo is made up in savings on my Telus Home Services that I'll be eligible to get once I move Mobility onto the account. |
IKEA Mattresses is on sale for Black Friday weekend for 40%. Can combine with $50 off app discount as well. |

How does one get the Telus offer - can I just walk into a Telus store and ask for it? |
My plan ended up being $50/mo cause we got a S24 FE. Mom's phone turned out to be locked to Fido (we were on Rogers prior) so it was easier to just get a new phone. Mom + Dad offered me the phone, but all new phones don't have expandable storage anymore so I can't switch. Plus, if I have US-CAN-MEX, I don't really need e-sim capability anyway. |
if your phone is locked to fido, you can call the telecom and I believe they have to unlock it for free now. |
Not sure if it applies to phones from 2017 LOL. Also, they needed an upgrade anyway. The banking apps stopped working due to it being so old. Smt about Android ver. |
Ended up with Koodo, $29 for 20GB/mth which is plenty of data. Only thing is I asked agent, how long do I get this price plan for? Ans: Koodo has the right to increase cost anytime. So I wonder if this is just to lure you in for 6 months or something, then it goes up. |
Pretty much what happened last year. Price went up shortly after the new year to $35 IIRC |
Pretty much everyone was offering $29/20gb. The difference was the addons. |

$324 after tax... regular was like $599 |
Was about the buy cirque du soleil as a gift for a friend for black friday. They pretty much marked up tickets and discounted. Where's the SALE!!!!! cheap cunts |
Get Taylor Swift no view tickets instead ... if you can. |
So... I have my eyes set on the Sennheiser Momentum 4 Over-ear headphones at $299.99 anyone have experience with their products recently? I tried them out in store and the sound quality was pretty damn good. The cushioning was also ultra soft and comfortable. |

I'm not a huge fan of the Sennheiser sound signature. Too bass heavy and once you've picked up on how the Sennheisers sound, you realize they tune a lot of their headphones the same way. |
haha yeah, $299 is already like... the max budget I wanna spend on something like this I see the XM4 is $279.99 though :considered: |
I have the XM4 and honestly no complaints. The low end Sony's are bad as they boost the bass to obscene levels, the higher level stuff are nice and neutral. Look into Audio Technica as well, but they aren't as easy to get around here. I would suggest Shure, but they might be out of your range, and their BT offerings are... ehhh kinda of weird. |
Checkout Crinacles headphone rankings. The Sens are B tear and the Sony xm4's get a C-. This Asian dude knows his stuff. https://crinacle.com/rankings/headphones/ |
Note that these reviewers generally want neutral sound, which can actually sound really shitty depending on the type of music you listen to. The most important thing is to test it yourself, with your music player you would normally use. Don't buy blindly on Amazon or whatever |

I've had two sets of buds, one on ear, and one over ear. The over ear eventually fell apart. My favorites are still my Bose 350s so maybe I just require a ton of base? |
I thought Senn's were known for lacking bass as well... surprised to ready the bass heavy opinion. I have a really old pair of HD598's and without an amp they lack bass. With an amp I think it's "just right" those are really beautiful headphones for the money I can hear so many details in music that I can't hear with earbuds. They're usually in the $300 range. I would highly recommend those with a small amp, you probably won't ever want anything more. They are not enclosed though if that is a concern for you. |
