so maybe he's just constipated |
I thought it was those in charge who were full of shit :smug: |
The injury bug might run in Quinn's family. His brother Jack hurt his hand in an accident off the ice. https://www.sportsnet.ca/nhl/article...t-team-dinner/ It’s an incredibly unfortunate story, but word came Friday that Jack Hughes suffered a hand injury while at a team dinner Thursday night. Exact details are unknown at this time, but it’s believed he slipped and cut his hand, in what multiple sources are calling a “fluke accident.” He is not expected to play Saturday against Washington, but the exact timeline is not yet known. Hughes was off to a fantastic start, with 10 goals and 20 points in 17 games for the 12-4-1 Devils, who lead the Metropolitan Division. He had two assists during Wednesday’s 4-3 overtime victory in Chicago, one of the best games played in the NHL this season. More details as they become available, but it’s something Hughes, the Devils and Team USA are hoping is not a serious scenario. |

He had 2 assists last game too with Hughes there… maybe finally getting some bounces Did you see that Drew O’Connor has the same amount of points (8) as JT Miller does lol |
Canucks are lucky with the 1 point. They got pinned in their end most of the game. 29 block shots from Canucks is crazy. I wonder how many bruises they got from that. And would that lead to more injuries down the road. |
Hronek didn't start the OT and left after getting elbowed in the head... not sure if he's hurt now. Ridiculous season. |

Why am I not surprised. |

We don't need 4th liners. We got tons of those in the farm. We need talent and skill. But of course the Canucks can't get any of those without giving up draft picks or prospects. |
We don't even have depth in Abby anymore. They've been absolutely terrible to start this season. I think it was an 11 game losing streak prior to their most recent win. |
They've lost Kravtsov, Di Giuseppe, Raty, Bains, Karlsson, Sasson, and MacEachern in the front. Labate and Aman have also been up and down with the big club. They've lost Hirose, D-Petey, Willander, and Mancini in the back. Woo and Brisebois are injured. They've lost Silovs and Patera in goal Those are just the names I know/remember, so i'm sure there are even more. |
Thats what I mean. All the Abby guys are playing for Canucks cuz of injuries. JR said he wants them to get more time playing. Might as well keep playing them. If they suck, better for the draft. Lol. Last thing canucks need is to barely make the playoffs or make playoffs and get eliminated 1st round and end up drafting like 30th. |
I’ve really liked McEachern’s game/energy as a 4th liner this year. Seems like a really good guy in the group. |
1 shot in the first against TB and give up a goal with 30 seconds left… I think I will keep watching NFL instead lol |
Holy, just as they start throwing pucks at the net, they start going in. 4-2 nux now |

lol No problem guys! Watched my Broncos just eke out a win over the Chiefs… this is crazy what happened my boy McEachern scored twice too! |
So, Hughes returns, and Garland is out. This team... :lol |
The Official 2025/2026 Canucks & NHL Thread Four assists for the captain! Huge third period for the team! Sherwood, Karlsson, and O’Connor scored in the third. Keep up this momentum against the defending champs tomorrow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
The refs in this game against Florida are an absolute joke! Mikkola hits Sherwood from behind. Four minute penalty. Myers comes to rough up Mikkola a bit to defend a team mate. Myers gets a four minute penalty too? How are the Canucks not getting a power play because of a dangerous hit from behind on Sherwood?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
14 shots in the game won't cut it. Bob plays like shit. Is he usually this bad before playoffs>? lol. |
Woe ... Florida 8 Canucks 5. Wild night. 2-0 for Canucks. 5-2 for Florida. Then comeback 5-5. Then Florida popped off with 3 more goals to go 8-5! |
