^ oh wow! I'm sorry to hear that! How old was she?

fourtirefire 12-18-2006 05:48 PM

shitty deal dude, relatives getting old sucks, it's like someone you're related to dies every year...

Festus351 12-18-2006 08:32 PM

Sorry to hear man,
both my great grandma's passed away this time of year.. within 2 weeks of each other.

saucywoman 12-18-2006 10:26 PM

I have nothing comforting to say, just that I'm sorry to hear man :(

girlcrazy_420 12-18-2006 10:58 PM

I just havnt excepted that she's gone... It hurts to think about it since we were so close. Never got to say goodbye... the one last hug... I've known her for my entire life and coming to realize that she isnt there anymore just cant be excepted. Thats whats really killing me.

down_hill_dog 12-19-2006 06:15 AM

that sucks to hear adam, my thoughts are with you and your family....if it helps i spent a long time down and out when my Pompom(grandpa) died, then someone told me he would want to see me happy and ok not killing my self thinking about missing him, it sounds harsh man but it helped me and others so maybe it will help you find the closure or what you are looking for

Slo40 12-19-2006 05:22 PM

Sorry to hear that dude, our condolences to you and your family.

saucywoman 12-20-2006 07:53 PM

there was a really bad accident on the highway on the reserve, hope everyone's okay. One car was on it's roof and the highway is backed up, no one's going anywhere for awhile :(

Festus351 12-21-2006 10:38 AM

I saw that too... from my house at least

There were accidents all over town last night, 2-3 in westsyde, the one on the highway, and the one that ended up in the paper... its unreal. Such a bad time of year for that kind of thing.

Gotta keep your head on a swivel people.. its not always yourself you gotta watch out for.. its the other people on the road.

Be safe!!

saucywoman 12-21-2006 03:30 PM

^^ the bad thing is the one on the highway had nothing to do with another vehicle, it had to do with a horse.

Festus351 12-21-2006 04:01 PM

ouch... must have been pretty bad then

bluebomber85 12-21-2006 07:44 PM

haha good catch...thanks man! Just a promise I made at the beginning of the month that I would donate so much money per deal I did that month :)

and it's kinda sad and harsh when you read some of those articles. Really makes you realize how good you have it sometimes.

haha not at all! How could THAT be a write off? and anyways, all that would do is save me the tax...and I definately dont give $200 away just to mark it as a business write off...that's just not logical ;)

netfreak 12-22-2006 05:48 AM

the getaway in stockholm 7 video is out. features a BMW something-or-other

Yeah, its really sad when you think about it. For the past few years, instead of getting presents for myself, my brother, and my sister, my dad and stepmom donate to a charity in our name. This year they bought 45 dinners for homeless people and then gave some money to "basics for babies". At a certain point, its kind of pointless to get christmas presents, and there's always somebody that needs it more.

fourtirefire 12-26-2006 10:13 PM

So, I was a good samaritan tonight, driving down Hwy 97 at boucherie Rd, I saw a white 96ish 240 high centered in the median. So I hooked it up with my tow rope and pulled him outta there in no time, it was fun!

bluebomber85 12-27-2006 01:31 PM

well, gave the old owner of my "new to me" truck a $1000 deposit this afternoon.. :D

RRxtar 12-27-2006 06:54 PM

OH MAN! how frustrating would this be.

durring the 1st intermission in the canucks game a guy got an opportunity to win $1m by getting 15 of 20 pucks in the net from the far blue line. one puck was heading straight in and just before it crossed the line it hit a puck that already had gone in and bounced out, and bounced wide! then the announcers and everyone around still thought he hit the 15 and they were celebrating, untill the official count said 14.

i feel bad for the guy. but he still won 5 chevy silverado's between him and his friends.

jamie 12-28-2006 09:00 AM

he got 13 mike.. THIRTEEN.

haha

ColinK 12-28-2006 09:08 AM

either way...that'd SUCK!
