GT4 prologue wasnt free

GT4 Prologue never went on sale in North America

it was released mostly in the asian markets

but Sony partnered up with some car companies (surprisingly not GM) to give away free copies of GT4 Prologue in the states in very limited amount of copies, basically the european english in NTSC format

IGN did an article about this awhile back about how the GT4 Prologue NTSC version is some of most rare copies out there.. apparently only about 10000 prints of these were made...

Fuck GT5, Burnout Paradise demo is out tomorrow! This is a game that I was never into, but after hearing such good things from reviewers and E3 I am definitely hyped. Particularly the PS3 version; this looks to be one of the first games where PS3 will be as good (or better) than 360.

Yup, one of the few which includes COD 4, Burnout Paradise, and Oblivion. Maybe a few others.

PSN online sucks, but Paradise has its own online capabilities - everything is done within the game itself! It sounds awesome.

Unfortunately, the demo is STILL nowhere to be seen on PSN, despite being announced officially, and is available on XBOX Live already.

I would much rather pay to have a better online service

I heard Sony is going this route next April, but knowing Sony, I am sure its service will be pwned by Live

You just need a PSN account that says you live in Japan (with a real Japanese address, just google a place in japan like some hotel). There are also instructions on google with step-by-step instructions on how to set up the account since everything is in Japanese.

there is nothing wrong with UT3 controls with the sixaxis


in fact, its actually works almost perfectly, switching weapons is a fly, Epic Games did a good job with the control scheme

however, one thing thats really got me dissapointed is UT3's aging gameplay, due to the fact that very little has change since UT2004


also noting that Unreal Engine 3 here doesnt showcase UT3's graphics department, Epic Games did a much better job with GoW...


but other than that, im still digging UT3, just that it came out just as COD4 is freshly off conquering online gameplay, its overshadowing everything..



and the game does support voice chat, press left on the Dpad and i think it becomes an open mic....

Burnout Paradise = teh fucking AWESOME. Just hit the right cross pad button, and you're online with others!

GOD I am thinking the same things

1, review on Fragfx (picking it up tomorrow at Burnaby BB. reading reviews on the web, half say it's pretty darn good, the other say it's a piece of crap that is poorly made and the mouse is really bad)

2, UT3 is just the same. Actually, I got the same feeling with it as if I am playing Quake 3, only with better graphics.

So the kid wants a PS3 for Christmas and says he's happy with the 40GB version... is there anything in particular in the 80GB model that makes it worth the extra $100?

Looking at Sony's site, it seems the only other difference is that the 80GB model has a flash-card slot where the 40 doesn't.

No, not really "fine". Better than the 40GB of course, but worse than the 60GB.
