The guy on the team I feel sorriest for is Wellwood, constantly see him putting these beautiful saucer passes on to the stick of Bernier and then Bernier going "Huh? I don't know what to do sacre bleu!!!" and promptly losing it by not having the vision (or hands) to continue the play Wellwood has started.

^ Wellwood + Mats Sundin should be able to do something about it.

Saw on the news the other day, this years Mac's Midget AAA hockey tournament is on in Calgary and this year there are no teams from Europe. In fact, all 40 teams participating are all from Western Canada.

Due to the economic crunch, teams from Europe decided not to attend this tournament. The significance of this you may ask, players like Sidney Crosby, Petr Nedved took part in this tournament when they were midget age level.

They interviewed him about that yesterday on the post game show and he said the opponent hasn't scored on the Nucks with him sitting in the box so it's luck. That's why they always send him now for a team penalty lol
