Just picked one up yesterday, pretty awesoome phone I must say!! Browsing is smooth, but loading times is a bit slow on data intensive sites. Its definitely do-able for me though as being able to type faster makes up for that. All in all, the whole build quality is really good!! Posted via RS Mobile |

I finally got to hold this thing and see how it feels in my hands. It's pretty nice I think, I got no idea what ppl are talkin about saying it's top heavy seems fine to me also someone said here or another site that he couldn't open his phone with 1 hand lol it's simple there's no problem. The phone was a demo (dummy) so I'm not sure if they make them any different. -the slider seemed good -the buttons sorta seem like there about to peel off tho there really week. (I'm talking about the top buttons like the call, back, and blackberry one) -the keyboard isn't hard to type on, I thought it would be difficult bx of the amount of space but it's pretty simple. Maybe the keys are just stiff but they seemed hard to push in, not as nice and soft as pushing in the 9000 or 9700 keys. But so far this phone seems alright I'm going to go to bestbuy tomorrow if my friend tells me they've got it running and give it a complete try out Posted via RS Mobile |

btw..no bestbuy will have this in till next week, its been delayed. |
so did anyone get it today, any good review's and how did stock seem? |
I personally thought it was a solid product, felt great in hand, weight was nice too. OS seemed pretty good as well. |
was it even released today? I was reading on crackberry that it seems like most places didn't get it. |
^ Im talking from my experience playing around with a fully functional one in the states. Lol, people add their bbm to the phone, so i was looking through it and all these people keep asking, is anyone there? and then you can see some convos with random people at the store playing around with the phone. |
its comin out on the 30th |
o rly? |
Best Buy has it their ad this week, not sure bout Futureshop though Posted via RS Mobile |
so it's out today anyone getting it? |
ordered mine through retentions with rogers for $179 visions has it for $148 on a 3 year with bell |
does flash work on this phone? |
No it doesn't |
just ordered one via rententions. cant wait!! Posted via RS Mobile |
I picked mine up from the Poco Costco today. Not bad at all I just dont have a clue how to transfer over all my info |
^ how much at costco to buy it straight out? |
I didn't ask how much, I just renewed my contact and it was $200 |
i just got mine today love the weight, feels solid one of the biggest thing i missed about my N91 was how solid it felt. The 9000 Bold felt too flimsy however, the one thing i dont like about the torch so far is the keyboard...feels too "thin" i'm always worried that i'm gonna break it. but i'm sure i'll get used to it got it for $200 as a hardware upgrade at Tbooth in richmond center. |
