yeah, i don't think i'd want to be sub 74kg anymore though unless I'm really serious about it

you'll still end up doing really well I'm sure. I think if you can hit at least 5 for your squat you'll be up there

Mirin hard for sure. For a noob like myself, can you give a little insight to how much weight you are typically lifting for those muscles?

Bench press, squat, deadlift but your typical amounts, not just your 1RM?

Down to 233, from 239 pounds a month ago. Good progress.

Got hit by an episode this past week, but managed to push through and continue on with my training.

PHAT is destroying me.

been a while since i posted

since my back hass recovered, its been a long process getting back into lifting. basically destroyed everything that i worked for :okay:

my bench, deadlift and squat numbers are lower but now im close to beating them again :alonehappy:

will report progress once i start breakin RMs again

275x6 dl's and
325 for 1RM

Just earlier in March I could barley do 185.

scraped the Hell out of my shins though
