I streamed last night and I got pretty drunk off cognac so I went shirtless I can say that I wasn't embarrassed. Today is lower power day. I had to drop my weights on squats because I decided to go ass to the ground. Anyone have any exercises to open up your lungs? I feel like every time I bend over I am suffocating. |

I agree with alwayslive. Had a friend who always passed out of the blue due to low blood pressure. One time, we had a presentation for school, and he just fell to the floor. Really scary shit I believe he's Persian?? |
not sure if my form on squats my 225lbs squat is bad or something but my lower back started to get sore right after i finish up my last set ( only hurt for a short time) it was fine the first 3 set but as soon as i finish my last one can barely bent over to pick up the 45lbs plate never had this problem in the past 3 month of squating |
