Was returning a 45 DB 2 weeks ago and landed on pinky.
Resulted in just a little bleeding under the nail.

Maxed out yesterday
Bench - 230
Squat - 245
Deadlift - 385
@ 147 +/- few lbs

Goals for summer
Bench - 245
Squat - 315
Deadlift - 455

Goals are to reach 240lbs. I don't really care about what I'm lifting anymore as long as I'm gaining muscle and looking good in the mirror.

i know new years resolutions are for those that don't and should have goals set already, but everyone has to start somewhere i guess

my goals: to lift undisturbed and injury free (no SI pain, no PFS, no rotator cuff tears, no joint pain in general), to lift w/o ego and listen to the body (ie. lifting lighter when i need to). in essence, granted these things happen, I'm really not aiming for any specific numbers... I will let my hardwork and training decide for me what those numbers should be.

oh and also to be big and strong

Same goals as instant. I will be diligent with mobility work, focus on recovery as much as lifting, and I will not program hop every 2 weeks.

Pr's WILL be smashed in 2014... just a question of by how much.
