Fuck had the best back workout yesterday, fucking KILLED it....then at night time I wasn't able to sleep a wink...
What a waste of a workout.

Ok not really a waste but still pisses me off I had an awesome workout yet wasn't able to give my body the rest it needs to grow. I'm being a lil bitch possibly venturing into OCD territory but this is not the first time it has happened lol
damn

i need to cut recovery times down.

its 3+ full days of hell after leg day now. i dont mean sort of sore, i mean, i could park in handicap spaces and no one would say anything. its to the point where i dont want to squat heavy because i cant afford to be a cripple for 3 days after. its affecting work.

im open to suggestions

I'm having the same issues and it only happens when I do leg workouts. Its been 2 days and I walk like I'm a limp still. This will probably last another 2 days until I feel no soreness at all.

RRxtar 01-10-2011 03:32 PM

got a sample of 1MR today. man theres alot of warnings on the package.

Hondaracer 01-10-2011 05:57 PM

trying to get back on track with a better diet higher in protein and lower in carbs now that the holidays are over [yes weak excuse]

at the grocery store i'm looking at some pre-packaged stuff here and there and stuff like Johnsonville Brats are containing 1g of carbs per sausage, 15 grams of protein, but 40% daily intake of fat, and i belive the majority of it is saturated?

no good i'm asuming?

In all fairness, everyone starts somewhere right?
Maybe we shouldn't be laughing at the noobs, but rather help them onto the right path?

The ones we SHOULD be laughing at are the wannabes that think they can bench 3 plates when they move it literally 1/2"

Nvasion 01-11-2011 10:53 AM

theres always that flip girl that trains with her trainer(BF?)

sonick 01-11-2011 01:25 PM
