Thinking about picking up a pair of these for running/Squats/DL's. Goofy as hell, but i've been reading about them for hours and need to give them a go, and well apparently I want to spend some money. Vibram Fivefingers. Basically a close to barefeet as you can get.

For anyone going to sports central i just talked to one of tthe workers today about the gym going to shits he told me this saturday they will be getting new pins, clips , new dumbells and some new bars

you can buy them off ebay.. i was actually thinking about buying them before and was going to be the chinese replicas of them, supposidly they are pretty well made compared to the real thing and a lot cheaper

MEC carries the real deal. Merrel is coming out with a "barefoot" style shoe that looks a lot less retarded, still using the vibram sole in February. Not sure if I can hold out or not.

Starting up my bulk again after a 2 week hiatus. Sitting at around 74kgs, so thats about 162lbs.
Hope to get to 170lbs by the end of february.

I want to get some vibram five fingers too, but the price is what's holding me back. i want to get into barefoot sprinting since my arches are flat and people have had good results developing their arches. chucks aren't exactly barefoot, but they're flat and unpadded. so they're closer to barefoot than a real running shoe. since i can buy chucks for $20, i don't feel like vibrams are worth it yet.

americaaaaaaa. fuck yeah! really happy they are getting new pins bars and clips. but i really wish they would get a glute ham raise or a reverse hyperextension.

did a late night session tonight at 11. fucking crushed every set. new PR for squats, OH press and deadlifts tonight. i've always done morning workouts, but this week i've done night sessions for the first time. huge difference. more focused and amped up(i never take preworkout drinks). i'm glad i joined a gym that doesn't close early.

^^lol, since we're both awake this late. i think it's safe to say. night owls get good workouts at night.

i wish i was able to do night workouts before. blew my mind when i found out. Had a huge epiphany like Dr. House gets at the end of episodes.

Just do what i do, use the calf raise machine for GHR, and the preacher curl machine for Reverse hypers

shitttttt , just about to head out and go to bench today and some biceps, i have been doing biceps every 3 days the last 2 months, just one exercise for 10 sets at pretty high weight and it has been doing wonders, i dont think my biceps have ever grown this fast in 3 months ever
