Good to know I've been holding weights "correctly" all along.. I always thought of my hands as "hooks" when doing pulling exercises, so it just made sense that the fingers would be holding the weight, not my palms. |

you are right about how the clips are loose. had to do cleans with one clip. i was running around the whole place looking for plates. turns out some asshole took a lot of plates to the warmup area near the squash courts. there's at least 2 of each size there. ffffffuuuuuu |
