whats the side effects of taking superpump or related products? I tried a trial version, it does seem to work better, like i can do supersets a lot easier , but i feel so drained and shitty after my workout. |

Started at SportsCentral today. Gotta say yeah, it's halfway dead considering that I was going at 5pm~ish. There were enough people there that I didn't feel lonely but not so many that I had to wait for anything other than looking around for the lighter dumbbells at the bench area before noticing the area with lighter dumbbells. I'm still making up a new workout program for this season and the new gym, since compared to the community gym I worked out at, there's definitely a lot more options and a lot closer to me too. Though I wonder how are the MA classes there? I plan to take a complimentary class later on. |
does anyone use pre workout supplements? what effects does it have on you guys? i tried jack3d for the first time yesterday.... didnt feel that much different =/ felt the jitters about 1.5 hrs after though |

I bought a 10 day pass for $10 a few months back, and when I heard about the 1 year deal, I jumped on it. I like the 24 hour part of it. I usually workout starting at 11-12 midnight and theres like 10 people there max. Just did 3 reps of 225 on bench, so happy. |
