what's more annoying to me is how i have to hunt down plates all over the place. i can deal with it when i'm paying $8 a month.

Try moisturizer .. must be a dhillon thing, i got nasty ass cracked hands too ... this sounds gay as hell, but what I'm trying to do now is apply vaseline before I go to sleep + wear cotton gloves (cheap $1 ones) over top so I don't get vaseline all over my bed. Slightly improving thus far.

ive been doing, IMO, the BEST thing you can do for your hands while deadlifting with chalk. wrap 2 or 3 wraps of hockey tape over that callous ridge. takes 2 seconds. chalk sticks to it.


and ive got landscaper hands. and i keep em soft as a babys ass. chicks dig a strong soft hand.

what time did you go? when i went yesterday around 11-1, it was a bit busy in the beginning but ended up being dead. and hey, i ended up seeing 2 pairs of barbell clips for the first time :fullofwin:

Ya, I don't think I've come across raw plain almonds. Then again, I haven't really seriously looked for them.

Most of the time they are roasted and/or seasoned, or covered in delicious chocolate.

Skinny asian kid with glasses today walks into the gym, types on Blackberry for 20 minutes, does some preacher curls with more BBMing between sets (reverse pyramid, first 15 per side then 10!), does a few half-reps on the leg press, decides to let the plates slam down on the stack after each set, starts singing along to some emo-pop song on the radio, overloads the pec deck and rips out a few half-reps, starts doing some c-walk dance thing, does more reps on the pec deck, more dance moves, goes and asks the front desk guys to change the channel to TheScore, watches hockey highlights for 5 minutes, dances some more, does more pec deck.

I was being facetious. He did two sets, a 15 then a 10; as if he knew what he was doing and meant to do a reverse pyramid. Perhaps it's more like a reverse pedestal or something.

only 80% of gym memberships are used regularly, give it time and it'll die down a lot. I got a membership there too I'm just running out my fitness world contract before registering my coupon.
