classic, i have a hard time eating enough, i never ate enough in the past and packing it in can be difficult at times, definatly gotta think like that next time im staring at that last 4 bites of sandwhich

on another note, got back from the gym earlier and it was one of those good days where you add on to everything and feel HUGE after

This would be impossible for me to do.. I have to always eat frequently. I'm always fucking hungry..

I dunno how you can eat 4 mcdonalds sandwiches, 4 hashbrowns covered in mayo, chinese food for 45 minutes, extra large pizza soaked in olive oil in a day for months and months and not get fat..

It's not "calories in, calories out". That is an antiquated notion.

You basically listed the most disgusting high-carb junk food around. Of course you'll get fat if you eat shit like that! You can eat like a monster and not get fat, if all you are consuming is protein and fat in your diet. Hell, that's pretty much what I have been doing for the past couple months, and it's been great! Having coconut milk twice a day is just awesome, so is curry 3-4 times a week :D

so I bought a set of strength training grippers from http://www.heavygrips.com/ and holy crap they are hard to close.. i can just barely close the 150lb one.. I cant believe some people can close the 350lb one, thats just insane.. well i got my work cut out for me.

yeah dude great investment, my grip is really good since is do barbells curls and sometimes bench with the fat bar, lots of people don't notice but strong grip can up your weight on allot of things. noting is better then crushing peoples hand when they try to give u a hard handshake

fish oil
waxy maize

and a multi-vitamin from bulk nutrition

basically enough to last me 4-5 months.

Came to around $330ish

All this just before the fuckin dollar goes up to .97ish...
