Aight, thanks.

Anyways, did some squats today. Light weight (just 2 plates and a 10 on each side) 4 sets of 10 reps each. Then moved onto some lunges with 180 lbs. 3 sets 7 reps each leg. Did some calf raises/hamstring machines/extensions and ended it all off with some leg presses to failure.

Needless to say, shoveling snow tomorrow morning is going to hurt.

Does anyone go to YMCA Langara? Does it get packed there? I'm planning to use it as my cardio gym for in between classes. Seems a little pricey for a community centre @ $46 a month though. I only pay $40 at Anytime Fitness in burnaby.

I go there occasionally. The downtown location makes it worth the money.

It's ok as long as you don't go during the peak hours. It does get quite busy in both the weight and cardio area.

so i was at taekwondo nationals today spectating and gave a brief performance..

i was approached by a man who sells sport jels and apparently he said company doesn't mass produce these products, he only gives them to specific people.. he told me about helping canucks, the giants, blue jays, and several other athletes

got a free sample, applied it to my pain in my trap region, gone like magic :fullofwin:
