My t-Rex arm symptom goes away while at gym, comes back with pain when I'm done and at home.. Da fuq is this. This is like day.. 4 now

I wonder if Eugene Sha is the same guy I went to elementary/highschool with? I was his sisters age and I remember when I graduated I noticed he was getting pretty shredded.

Also I'd be excited to see that link. From looking at that list I figured out Mike Mighton is the guy that taughted me how to DL/powerclean properly at the Oval :fullofwin:

i lift with those guys

eugene pulled a 375 dead last week and he was really close to a 300 squat IIRC. his bench needs help though but for his weight class he doing great.

mike is a whole different monster lol

people in my weight class can squat 4-6 plates and deadlift 5- 7 plates :okay:

i got so much more work to do :okay:

haha i'm pretty sure most of the guys going into the meet have pretty competitive lifts or it wouldn't really be powerlifting. Won't be competing for awhile after this one because the guys in there are just too damn strong, gotta build a solid foundation for compounds before I head back in there

what weight class r u in? 180lbs?

cause i know that if ur in 165, you need around 3/4/5 to be competitive (b/sq/d)

For provincials its actually 74 kg so that would mean 163 lbs. 165 lb would put u in the weight category above it which i believe is 83 kg

edit: on the side note, my Grade 1 AC tear is 100% recovered. did a low bar squat today with light weights so i can get the form back. im just happy that i can do lowbar again :tears:

What else do you boys get for protein (meat-form)?

i was actually planning on going down to the states to get my stock, but that won't be an option because i like my meat nice and lean

it is a pretty good source of protein, but i'd have to make a trip to le mainland china for that

extra lean ground beef. 2lbs + pasta and sauce cooked in the fridge in tupperwares at all times for emergency meals
farm fresh eggs. couple dozen in the fridge per week straight from the farm
