damm Diesel! good shit bruh :) anyways...this sucks i took a long break (2 months off) and been back at the gym for the last..week or so ? and i havent even had an "arms" day and im currently on 3rd day of t-rex arms =/ |
Thanks guys!!! I started lifting weights cause I got bullied back then. Bodybuilding has improved many aspects of my life, have tons more confidence now. I still have a long ways to go, not to mention I'm still young haha :p I'd probably be in depression if I never worked out. If you guys want any help I can try my best to help out :) |

been deadlifting 2-3 times a week, with higher reps instead of always trying to do a 1-2RM. at first I was so sore I didn't even wanna get out of bed but now I almost get no doms after doing deads.. feels amazing! btw G-diesel, thats exactly how I wanna look when I'm 21. you're an inspiration man, congrats! |
Killed it at the gym today. Been at a plateau for a while and in the past month I've hit some good numbers. I'm currently at 170-175 Chest day: Flat 135 x 8 225 x 6 245 x 6 275 x 5 295 x 1 Incline 235 all 4 sets. Dips and push ups after |

Deads have been going good so far. Pulled 475 today. Kinda wanted to go for 5 plates, but decided to give it another week. I actually wanted to hit 5 plates by the end of 2013, so it looks like my new goal will 2x my weight (560). If I can hit that by Dec 31st, 2013, I'll be happy. |
