anyways...this sucks i took a long break (2 months off) and been back at the gym for the last..week or so ? and i havent even had an "arms" day and im currently on 3rd day of t-rex arms =/

Thanks guys!!! I started lifting weights cause I got bullied back then. Bodybuilding has improved many aspects of my life, have tons more confidence now. I still have a long ways to go, not to mention I'm still young haha :p

I'd probably be in depression if I never worked out.

If you guys want any help I can try my best to help out :)

and props to you. that's fucking amazing.

today... i finally got past 135lbs! currently at 136. spent the last.... 10 years? at around 125. but my shitty rotator cuffs are really making it hard for me to train =\

Rotator cuff injury are brutal, that's why I always warm up thoroughly. Best of luck with your recovery!

been deadlifting 2-3 times a week, with higher reps instead of always trying to do a 1-2RM.
at first I was so sore I didn't even wanna get out of bed but now I almost get no doms after doing deads.. feels amazing!

btw G-diesel, thats exactly how I wanna look when I'm 21.

Killed it at the gym today. Been at a plateau for a while and in the past month I've hit some good numbers. I'm currently at 170-175

Chest day:
Flat
135 x 8
225 x 6
245 x 6
275 x 5
295 x 1
Incline 235 all 4 sets. Dips and push ups after

Tell him other people use the gym too, and if he wants to do his bullshit circuit training he should invest in a home gym. And then proceed to start using the equipment he's hogging, because he can go fuck himself.

Dat feel when you try to combine weight lifting w/ jiu jitsu and soon to add muay thai. Starting to get hard to lift afterwards....can't lift as heavy anymore.

i caught it too, blowing my nose 24/7 not getting much sleep, i'm not one to skip workouts but had to skip arms yesterday and legs today, i know if i go ill be really weak and possibly make others sick,

Deads have been going good so far. Pulled 475 today. Kinda wanted to go for 5 plates, but decided to give it another week. I actually wanted to hit 5 plates by the end of 2013, so it looks like my new goal will 2x my weight (560). If I can hit that by Dec 31st, 2013, I'll be happy.
