So, I found out that I have a grade 2 hip flexor tear/strain (Aggravated doing power cleans, and then came to a head during my hockey game on Wednesday). Started using foam rollers which helped immensely with improving some of the range of motion. Wondering if anyone else has gone through this injury and what kind of stretches/exercises you've done to rehab. |

havn't worked out much these last 2 weeks. Birthday ruined it. Got a new workout plan and have been journaling my workouts now. I think one thing that has been getting more and more evident is as I slowly lose more weight, and look "jacked" the more respect and new opportunities I get.
