Nice work! I used to work at that gym. It was a bit of a pet peeve of mine when people deadlift right in front of the squat rack because I always try to get my clients in the rack. Do people still barbell curl in the rack?

last week when i was halfway through my deadlift workout, a guy went in the rack and started doing curls

So, I found out that I have a grade 2 hip flexor tear/strain (Aggravated doing power cleans, and then came to a head during my hockey game on Wednesday).

Started using foam rollers which helped immensely with improving some of the range of motion. Wondering if anyone else has gone through this injury and what kind of stretches/exercises you've done to rehab.

havn't worked out much these last 2 weeks. Birthday ruined it.

Got a new workout plan and have been journaling my workouts now.

I think one thing that has been getting more and more evident is as I slowly lose more weight, and look "jacked" the more respect and new opportunities I get.

I'll make sure my kids are never fat haha.

The appetite suppressant effect of the EC stack has been ruining me this week. I'm at the point where I have to count to make sure I'm actually eating enough. Its kind of nice :fullofwin:
