I have both choc Kaizen and ON double chocolate. ON tastes so much better. Kaizen is way sweeter. Gotta try the ON coffee flavour next time. |

ON vanilla is good too. My fiance and I really enjoy it in pb/banana/oatmeal shakes. So current big 3 lift numbers @ 180lbs are: Bench 225lb (3 reps) Squat 275lb (2 reps) Deadlift 365lb Total 865. My goal is to join the 1000 club by the end of 2013. |

haha alright yeah my waist is 29.. even tho how badly I want to be a size 31. cant seem to do it Ive been working out since the summer of last year. I was actually 120lbs back then, and couldnt lift for shit! Wish I had pics back then to compare. |
