starting to bench more and my exercises are getting progressively heavier, although i realized that when i finish my set that im at the verge of passing out. Even when i breathe during reps i almost pass out afterwards
my eyes get really red and face turns tomato red

dis normal?

also after 2 hours of lifting i fall asleep really quickly

your overtraining your body. Many possibilities. Do you breathe in and out when you do yours sets? How many hours do you sleep? Do you smoke? etc

i dont drink or smoke :derp:
im not overtraining because i always end up finishing the exercise and im always recovering on time

i do breathe in and out during reps but the heavier i go, the more it hits me after i finish the set

If you lift heavy, you will need to hold your breath throughout the lift, (thoracic pressure and abdominal pressure) and so you'll turn red. There are times when I bench that I have bloodshot eyes... If you are doing strength, and are lifting weights 85+% of your 1RM, then holding your breath while you bench would be highly beneficial. If going for volume and you don't need that extra pressure, inhaling and exhaling regularly would be better

i wouldn't buy any mass gainers again, taste isn't great, and it's expensive
i'd rather just eat more

yeah once is fine that they trolled you but never buy a "mass gainer again "

Which protein would you reccommend? There's quite a selection when I did a little research on bodybuilding. I don't even know where to look

Optimum nutrition is legit
Myo fushion is also
Dymatize whey is also really good, you want to look for whey that has more or less under 2 grams of carbs in it
