How is your knee rehab coming along?

Btw, me and hotong will be coming to cheer you on next week! haha

The knee is progressing little by little, i'm doing alot of band/tubing/swiss ball exercises, and alot of machine stuff like leg press/single leg press, and calf raises. Really trying to avoid the freeweights as much as I can because that's where I get most of my pain from, max I go for squats is like 2 plates.. any higher and I'm just toying around with my recovery :suspicious:

Nice! I've yet to use that equipment at SC.

The_Situation 02-03-2013 02:01 AM

I can never do seated military press. The bar is too far back for my shoulders to comfortably reach.

Fcukedd 02-03-2013 02:39 AM

I don't like the position of the bench as well. I get a spotter to help me lift off to position. Plus the bench itself is a pure 90 degree angle which makes it easy to slip.

Been sleeping late as hell lately...making no gains during midterms :okay:

Supafly 02-03-2013 01:10 PM

Kinda hard to tpye at the moment but i benched 2 plates today....

Are u disappointed by the fact that ur weight is 150 lbs or because ur benching 2 plates at 150 lbs? Because 2 plates for your weight is a pretty decent bench

you know i keep telling people this but sometimes they dont understand

i would rather be a lightweight guy the pushes heavy weights then a big guy who can move the same weight.

i regret body building in the past because not it has put me in a weight class that i cant compete in

I see faces as they see me walk in the gym and they give you that look that says "he cant lift shit, look how small he is". then the same guys see me bench more then 2 plates and all of a sudden they are at the opposite end of the gym starring at me:badpokerface:

Yes, I don't like how the bench is at a pure right angle.
Time for me to catch up to your bench!

yeah, i was looking at the rehbands before
id say knee sleeves are worth it considering that most of them last a really long time

like the inzer belts may be 100+, but they actually last forever lol

Im kinda disappointed because I've been trying to gain weight by eating healthy for the longest time...I've been at 150lbs for about 1.5 yrs now...food gets expensive...and honestly I work so much that I eat unhealthy foods and well that doesnt really get me anywhere besides a ever slowly growing gut.

Thanks man...It started last month as I was only able to bench a plate plus a ten....a buddy of mine coached me through a few mental thoughts and well, I can honestly say that the 5x5x5 works hella good.
