Is it possible without installing anything to edit the hard apps at the bottom of the screen? phone/splanner/email/internet/apps

Open ur app drawer....and press the action/option button whatever its called (the bottom left button)...there's an option to drag and drop apps into ur dock

you can use a different launcher like Go Launcher.

In my experience on other phones ICS causes weird ass lag for no reason at all. Ie when texting. Hope thats not the case here.

ICS is still a work in progress from Google. Unlike iOS, it has to run on 100 different hardware configs.

^ but then by next year or later this year a next generation operation Android OS would get announced and release. The cycle starts again.......

Since ICS is rolling out to carriers, does that mean the source is already released and the devs can do more with the custom ROMS?

i717 better or N7000?

I think its a preference thing. If you want to be on the LTE network, only the i717 is LTE capable. I heard the N7000 has a better processor?

yup. you have to instal (clean wipe) a ICS based rom like Noteworthy, boot once, then flash the mod over it.

the weird thing is it doesnt feel or look big to me, but when i see it on display at a store next to other phones, i go "holy fuck!"
