Do you remember what the retail $ was on that? Just being curious.

So I heard Pacific Motorsports is moving out to Langley and closing down their Triumph division. Might be a good chance to pickup some goodies they don't want to move.

jshen 09-21-2015 09:55 AM

Went on saturday, all triumph bikes are gone already.

bananana 09-21-2015 04:38 PM

Ah shit, better have someone check on my gasket leak. I really want to get the SportClassic on the Dyno!

Nope, not me. I know that there's one other gixxer that has the exact same fairings as mine.

Today i went to squamish with my 675R friend at around noon and came back at around 3.

Not the RC390 but this is the 390 Duke. The RC390 is $500 more. Holeshot charges roughly the same for PDI/doc/admin fees.

Yep. All the KTM dealers I've been to in general seem sketchy. Too bad. Nice bikes otherwise.

Dragon-88 09-22-2015 01:23 PM

If you purchase from the Island they will pay for your ferry rides.. Prices are slightly cheaper and customer service is much better. If you guys didnt see my post way back on my buddies Holeshit review on his 390 Duke. Basically they fucked up/didn't do the pre-inspection work on two 390 Dukes(his and his buddies).

320icar 09-22-2015 01:30 PM

If they pay for the ferry rides it's totally worth it. What better way to break in a bike than on some sweeping costal roads

A salesperson at Pacific told me that a few weeks ago ... at least that the business was relocating to Langley. He didn't mention that they were retiring their Triumph franchise but I was confused because of International's new shop out there. Pacific has sale/lease signs on the outside of the building.

Very interesting. Apparently they plan to be in the new location for next season.

With British-Italian and now Pacific out of the Triumph business there is only one Triumph dealer in the Lower Mainland (International).

$5999 before tax, etc., and I think $64xx after...

Recon604 09-23-2015 09:07 AM

i was goin by daytona on hastings the other day, it looked like they closed down? Can anyone confirm?

DKaz 09-23-2015 10:08 AM

I know Daytona on Hastings closes 2 or 3 months a year for the winter season but it seems early.

I bought my r3 and ninja from holeshot without any issues over email and sending them bank drafts in the mail. They did however forget some forms for the ninja so I couldn't insure it the day of (wife's present) and had to drive out to pick them up. Other than that, they seem decent.

I plan to upgrade to the rc390 next season

vexor 09-23-2015 10:28 AM

An impromptu shoot last evening with my bike. No, it's not fixed. Parts are in Canadian customs right now which is why I only shot it from this side.

Your bike looks so much better and more aggressive than other k8 gsxr's. I'm not really quite sure why though.

So I swung by Pacific to get some oil filters before they move away... Any Triumph OEM parts(in stock) will be cost or close to cost(depending on your haggling skills). He mentioned they will be gone early-mid october, so now's the time to get your OEM parts!

Thank you :)

I'm insured until the end of October so maybe one of these days lets go for a ride and maybe you can try to figure out why my bike looks so badass to you? lol
