Its very easy to set up.
Register on their site, then download their miner and install.
Miner will run benchmark on your GPU first. Then, you can start mining.
No need to choose any pool unless you wanna go manual setup.
Nicehash pays back to you with BTC.

i set algo to be on DaggerHashimoto as its the most profitable algo for now.
or you can leave the setting, it will mine whatever the most profitable cc then pay you back in BTC.

1)FTW3 ultra
2)FTW3 gaming
3)asus tuf
4)asus strix
...maybe gigabyte further down...not sure. I dont know if most 3060tis are pretty good, because there is a drastic difference with cooling in the 3080s

I would go EVGA all the way, just because of they are ez to resell due to warranty is transferrable.
But of course, need to make sure its not thermal throttling.

As i checked so far, MSI, EVGA, both are doing 60 mh/s with 125w
