EOS is a great long term coin. I don't think you'll get explosive gains or anything, but the ride up should be slow and steady.

ok

what to buy next?

Bullish on EthLend (LEND)...

Seems like a great product to get behind. It's relatively cheap and low market cap right now as well..

Due to the price of BTC, been doing some reading and looks like it can be profitable to build a mining rig. Gonna look at doing a 6x1080 ti rig.

Your going to get sad mining btc. You realize they make asics for mining btc.

After power cost your looking at making around $1000 a month mining ethereum. There are other coins that are even more profitable.

Shipping from ledgerwallet was super fast and luckily got the order in before they pushed it till March. Ended up being about ~$107 each for 10 and cheaper than their new price.

Tegra_Devil 01-08-2018 02:49 PM

Interested to see what happens with Kik messengers KIN and Telegrams' TON. Might throw some mud at the wall.

Nah group buy to help cut down the shipping costs :P would've been closer to $130-140 if I just order one directly from them

Well, I'm not mining BTC specifically. I was going to join nicehash and get paid in BTC.

PeanutButter 01-08-2018 08:15 PM

Ethereum is on the rise. Might as well mine that. I used to mine btc and ltc back in the day. I usded 2 r290 to mine 45 litecoin back in the day lol. Heat in the winter is okay but man in the summer it can heat up a garage. Cost me like 3k or something in 2014 around. If i just spend 3k on litecoins i would have gotten way more litecoins. Now think of 6 cards lol. What is that 8k build? Nice and toasty. Instead of investing in btc ethereum ltc ripple, read into the new coins coming out that are cheap but are backed with partners. Vechain, Icon, hell even verge is making a come back, cardano, dragonchain all under $5 dollars. If you spread 8k into multiple coins and one of them hit your making your 8k back. World is still waking up to crypto, and developers are picking blockchains to develope on. If you want to go crazy mode buy penny blockchains. 1 cent goes to 5cent thats 5x your 8k to 40k lol. When it comes down to it only gamble what you can afford to lose.

Icon is at 10 11usd now oops

If the market crashes you will be left with nothing but miners will still gave GPU's they can sell.

eclipseman 01-09-2018 05:56 AM

For anyone looking for a coin, get into Neblio. Don't take my word for it though, look into its product and whitepaper. They are ahead of schedule AND they only have 12 million coins.

Not to mention if you store your Nebls in your wallet, you can stake(mine) with roughly 10% return annually (PoS system).

Anyways, it's $50 now which is probably still a steal.

Tim Budong 01-09-2018 08:21 AM

What is possible with something like 150-200usd to try this out...
