I've always wondered, if an altcoin moons and a lot of people cash out, the exchanges won't have enough fiat to hand out and cannot keep up with that demand. Doesn't that mean there will be delays in the withdrawal, maybe even some lost transactions?

Eth will go up in price when it hits pos. ETH and ETC are not the most profitable coins to mine. I don't think tons of people will start mining ETC when ETH goes to pos.
