Superstore doesn't have that gorgeous cut of halal blade steak anymore.

If you guys see it, let me know.

I also want to hunt down some brioche burger buns.
Would also appreciate any leads on that.

I can't make the entire thing from scratch....

A burger without meat is not a burger.

My boss and I had a lengthy discussion about burgers. After all this burger talk, I had to get my fix.

I went there 2 weeks ago, and it was pretty disappointing. I ordered the regular burger, waffles fries, and strawberry milkshake. The patty was fresh, but it was paper thin, the ingredients weren't very high quality either. The burger was small, the waffle fries weren't bad (well-seasoned), but the highlight was the Strawberry milkshake for me. I won't be back again though.

^ Agreed, the burger wasn't that special, waffle fries were interesting but weren't great, but what I DID enjoy was the Deep Fried Mushrooms :sweetjesus:

Met up with some colleagues at Cactus Club the other day (not my choice) and tried "The Burger."

Wow, what a sloppy piece of crap.

0/10

Never again. Do not patronize this shit hole.

Not that I give 2 shits about CC, but why the 0/10 rating? I've had it twice now and I definitely wouldn't rate it 0/10. These were the DT locations.

The best burger I ever had must be from Boonies BBQ. Sadly he closed down permanently.

Does anyone know where i can order a medium rare burger? A place that grounds its own meat preferably.

punkwax 08-11-2013 07:57 AM

I've had The Burger too, I found it to be better than a lot of burgers I've had at other chain restaurants. Sounds like dukes just got one made by a careless employee.
