Will do. Was supposed to go sushi today with a friend but gonna try n convince him for burger :p will hopefully report back later tonight with pics Posted via RS Mobile |
Tried the 50's burger place with le gf. awesome only critique i have is the bun but thats just my personal preferance. They make pretty much everything in house. skip the onion rings and go with the fries or poutine! Tried the LA King and BBQ burger both were very delicious I think next time I go I'm just going to get a regular burger with extra patty and add sausage :ilied: |
the turkey burger with the whole wheat bun from fat burger |

Went to lost in the 50's last week. Very reasonably priced, 6.99 for burger + free drink, It was an extra $2 for some marble cheese. http://i101.photobucket.com/albums/m...417_154418.jpg |

God damn that looks cheesy |
you bet your dick its cheesy. on another note these guys take teamwork to another level. they totally chit on mcdonalds employees so much energy.... i asked for a side of mayo and this black dude handed me the mayo and was like 'HERES YOUR SIDE OF MAYO BRO" |
Went to 5 Guys in PoCo couple days ago. Cheeseburger tasted so good with the cheese and mushrooms w/ steak sauce. My paper bag was soaked in the oil from the fries. Only downfall was that their fountain drink machines were broken, so people had to order only bottled water to drink. I just went BK next door for a smoothy instead to wash the goodness down. |
Phuck I'm getting one this weekend Posted via RS Mobile |
I went there at 9PM at the downtown location and the place was FULL with customers still coming in for orders. I can't imagine what lunch, and dinner time is like. Their burgers are still as good as I remember it. Next time I will order little fries, cause there's way too much fries for regular. IMO, they make the best burger in Vancouver, considering that they don't use a special sauce like White Spot. Everything is just fresh and simple. Nothing is frozen. |

Tried the Five Guys at Poco after reading about it on this thread. Overall, disappointed. Bread was mushy and wet, onions were mushy as well. Patty was decent. |
^ Had a similar experience at the Surrey/White Rock location quite a while ago. Overall, I didn't care much for it. |
burgers in general are like pizza ... even if its fucking horrible its still decent. 5 guys was OK, it is one of my 'go-to' places for a beef fix -- I find my experience is dependent on who is making it -- if they suck my burger sucks triple o's is always consistant, and a decent burger but I hate their fries Wally's burgers is decent but too greasy (but its right next to my house so I go sometimes) Wendy's 1/2lb baconator is money. Oh gawd, so bad for you but tasty. With a side of frenchfries and chilli -- perfect latenight meal haha. I need to try something better. Cactus club/Joeys/denny's burgers all taste the same to me, which isn't very good :okay: note to self, try lost in the 50's :sweetjesus: that burger looks good! |
^ I thought you were a full blown vegetarian. |
