LOOOOOOL Tanev to KHL? Man, that would be something... |
LOL. that must be a joke. significant interest/money for a third pairing defenseman that hasnt cracked more than 3 full seasons. and not supremely offensively gifted at this point either (as khl seems to value goal scoring more) |
Yeah, I think it's just a desperate sales pitch by his agent :lawl: |
I think I'd die laughing if he actually signs Posted via RS Mobile |
can the KHL even do that? |
I'm starting to lose some respect for Tanev... play for what you're freaking worth for a year or two and if you're actually the real deal you'll get rewarded... let's not forget buddy has 2 career NHL goals......... and only 1 goal in his AHL career too. |
Assuming Tanev is NHL caliber and clubs actually want him. The Canucks is probably one of the worst places to sign if he's after money. Every one of our defenceman signs for less than market price. And as a 3rd pairing, there's not much meat left on the bone. |

MG out GM'd again :troll: |

If the offer is legit, Tanev should just do it in a heartbeat. |

Well good luck to Tanev. I'd rather have a player who's hungry to play for the Canucks |

Wait hold up guys. Tanev hasnt pubically expressed interest to play elsewhere other than the Canucks. So you can't say hes not hungry to play for the canucks |
For all we know the Canucks may be lowballing him.... |
could they just be arguing over term? i can't imagine tanev's camp being stupid enough to ask for way too much money... at least i hope not.. |
Malkin's father has been mouthing off to the press to say his son was offered more money to play for Dallas than to stay in Pittsburgh. Good for Evgeny to say that he wants to play for the Penguins and live in Pittsburgh. At least he didn't demand a trade. What's with player's dads meddling in their son's hockey careers? -acting like agent wannabe's when in some cases the player already has an agent. If what Malkin's dad says is true, then would Dallas be tampering with a player that was still under contract with the Pens? Report: Malkin's father says Stars showed interest in Evgeni |
